It feels a little like I'm growing out of it? The middle coils are so may that they make the buns stick out a lot, and I prefer my buns a lot flatter...

Thursday the 20th Triple braided buns, stacked (Three braids)

Top braid got noticeably thicker than the two bottom ones. Meh.

I do kind of like the fauxhawk kind of style it ends up having...

But the bottom braids needed more hair to get more even-looking.

Tuesday the 18th: Nautilus bun (Not braided bases)

I like the nice and smooth silhouette of the non-braided Nautilus bun, but I prefer the ease of just being able to take the Flexi out and have a braid ready to sleep in...

Monday the 17th Royal bun (Two horizontally split braids)

I planned to make Sunday the 16th a day for Double braided Nautilus buns based on two horizontally split braids, but instead I have done two braided cinnamon buns.

The cinnamon bun left the buns way flatter than the Nautili did. Buns are held with Ron Quattro pins.

Saturday the 15th Rope bun (Not braided bases)

Welp, this one is one of those updos where I wish I had someone to help me. It's so much easier to do on someone else. The rope braid is one of those styles I really struggle with, and it's hard for me to get the tension and motions right.
I ended up trying to "trap" the strands between my knees while working on the next one, and then between a foot and a chair. LOL! It must have looked ridiculous and I was happy Hubby wasn't home!

It has some good angles and some bad. It's fairly pretty though!

Friday the 14th Sock bun (Non braided base)

I'm used to spotting my buns when I look in the mirror, but this bun is huge!

Not entirely satisfied with how it turned out, but this is good enough.
