The Royal bun/Nautilus combination is... Nice... I guess?
The good things are that it got fairly flat, felt stable and held pretty high up on my head.
The bad thing (And this is my usual complaint when I experiment, I think?) that it doesn't look that much different from the parent style. And then, whats the point?
Hmm. I think what I would do then is go with what feels better---perhaps mix the styles up? Such as for appearance, go with one that shows off the style better and use one for 'function' that stabilizes your hair comfortably for work/activity in which you want your hair secure. I think it looks great as always! :)
