Not sure what to think

My Hubby has never really cared about my hair. In the beginning, he thought it was plain odd. Over the years, he seems to have a slightly amused but slightly indifferent attitude.

He will complain when I buy hair stuff, but likes to play around with the tassel of my braid. Especially when he can use it to tickle and irritate me!

But suddenly yesterday he said he wanted to “See more of my hair”. I wasn’t sure what he meant by that and I didn’t press for more information.

Hmm. Maybe I should do more fun thing with my hair instead of sticking it in my usual braid to braided Nautilus-thing when I’m around the house?

  1. Did he ever said your hair is too long ? When I had long hair lots of people told me it was too long, I was tired of hearing the same thing over and over

    1. He did when we started going out, but later he has become pretty protective of it and will complain when I get it trimmed

  2. Maybe he's trying to say what most men say about (long) hair (but that's only my experience): They want it to be untied, open, or at least half-open.
Looking at your length, doing so should be horribly unpractical.
So maybe, yeah, you could alternate your hairstyle at home, and see what he says about it.

    1. Hmm. I do tend to live in my braid to Nautilus bun-thing and he does like the wrapped double Dutch braids....

  3. I would just ask him. You both have a great relationship---wondering about it will just cause you un-needed worry. :)

  4. Question for Lady Igor....how long was your hair when you two started dating....and then got married?

    1. I'd say it was about halfway between classic and mid thigh when we met... And has been hovering between knee and calf for about two years now...

    2. I wondered if perhaps you had met during your "short hair" period years ago, but obviously not. It's curious to me that so many long haired ladies have boyfriends/spouses/partners who are blase about the whole long hair thing.
