That's only because you have AWESOME headphones!! The REAL kind ;) Question: Where did you get those hair sticks? I think I have a similar pair---bought mine used from someone on LHC who got them from etsy. I LOVE them!!
Yay, someone who gets the importance of good headphones! Those are a pair of V-moda: I'm usually a total Sennheiser-fan, but the last pair I bought just kept breaking, being replaced and breaking again and again, so I decided to try something new, but couldn't justify forking over the money for a pair of Parrot Zik's... The sticks are ketylos of the limited edition kind that someone from LHC organised some years back. I got 3 different pairs from that limited edition order, but one of them broke in my hair and cut my scalp open, so I'm not 100% in love with them for the association....
OMG! I hate those ear bud things---I see so many riders listening to music and riding with those, and all I can think of is :WHY? I listen to music before bed or on a long car ride (if I'm not driving, I use headphones). But riding??? I love the sounds of nature!! And I've tried to use those ear buds and I must have weird shaped ears because they don't stay in. Ever.
I've never had ketylos---I found Timberstone Turning sticks were awesome for my hair, but I wanted some fun colors and someone at LHC was selling a set that looked identical to these--but they were from a store called Out Numbered Novelties. Love the sticks--blue with a marblized glittery effect with pinks, lavendars and light blue.
Eeks!! I'd have expected the makers of Ketyoles to send you free sticks for the injury you sustained! OUCH!!
I used to love my KOSS headphones back in the day, but Sony ones took over--and they MUST have the cushioning...I have boney ears ;)
