My pet peeve with the Rituals products is that they're pretty expensive (at least here in Germany), smell mostly nice, but don't do anything. They're "okay" products, but I've found so far that they neither moisturize better (or at all) than other products and since I often prefer unscented, or very mildly scented products anyway I don't see myself paying the extra there.
