This time I did my initial braid with the purpose of making a cinnamon bun and got a bit more "direction" for the braid, which resulted in a more flat and smooth bun.
The "bump" is still there, just not as noticeable.
(And for some reason my phone insisted on focusing on my super amazingly interesting ear and I didn't notice until I got the pictures out. Sorry!)
the first bun looked better imo. Its volume gave it character and elegance. Your second bun is a bit... ordinary.
ReplyDeleteI have to agree. Ordinary is a good word. If I didn't know this bun was worth taking a picture of because it was a cinnamon bun (Which has been on my list of buns that just doesn't work for me for years) I would have thought of it as any other workhorse/"blah" bun in existence.
