  1. I love this updo, though I cannot wrap my braids around this many times :) Your haircolour looks nice in the pictures. Lighter than it usually does.

    1. Thank you :) And yes, it does! I usually see my hair just being dark and damp, but according to Hubby (And I guess he should know because he sees it from more angles and light-conditions than me) it can shift between dark blonde and very bright copper-orange. I tend to put it up, take my pictures and then move on with my day, so usually my hair is damp in pictures... That does make it darker :)

  2. I love this look, but sadly, when I do it, I look rather silly ;) Perhaps you need very very long hair to pass off this style. I love how thick/massive the braid is at your head, then the ends are this tiny micro braid---it does fascinate me at how hair can be so thick then thin as it gets longer. (at the ends). You still braid beautifully! And I love the blue eye :D

  3. Igor--I have a question: Have you done a youtube video of using hair sticks? I was recently given a pair of amazingly good hair sticks that I LOVE! Problem is, I can't seem to figure out how to secure any style without them slipping. I"m new to hair stick usage and I can't seem to find any youtube videos for people with long, thick hair. Most hair I see is about mid-back.

    1. I haven't done a video of hair sticks, but I seem to vaguely remember having had posts about it somewhere. I remember something about having to "tilt" sticks to secure a Figure 8, but re-uploading the old pictures are still on my to do-list....
